1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using RAN - Royal Academy Nations (“RAN” or “the service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If the law where you live requires parental or guardian consent for a minor to use an online service, you represent that the required consent has been obtained.
3. Accounts and security
New accounts use Google or Apple sign-in. One provider identity creates one ProjectR account, and separate provider identities are not merged merely because they use the same email address. You must use an identity you control, keep it secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Hidden internal game credentials are generated automatically; if eligible to play, you create your gameplay PIN inside the game.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Accounts, characters, and virtual items may not be sold, transferred, shared, or traded outside features expressly provided by ProjectR.
4. Early-access and Alpha rules
Registration does not guarantee Alpha access. When ProjectR closes eligibility, every valid, non-revoked, non-blocked account registered before the UTC cutoff enters one combined Google and Apple pool. ProjectR then performs one random draw for 500 accounts, or all eligible accounts if fewer than 500 exist. There are no invitation waves, redraws, replacements, or platform quotas.
Registrations completed after the cutoff cannot enter Alpha but may continue to count toward community milestone rewards until the campaign closes. Milestone reward details may remain secret and are not granted until ProjectR publishes the reward and entitlement rules. Alpha builds may be publicly installable, but only eligible accounts may enter the game.
Alpha service may be unavailable, changed, or ended at any time. Characters, items, progression, and other Alpha data may be reset or permanently wiped. Attempts to manipulate registrations, selection, provider identity, game tickets, or milestone counts may result in disqualification or suspension.
5. Player conduct
You agree not to:
- Cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, modify the client, bypass integrity checks, or use unauthorized third-party software.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, or expose the private information of another person.
- Post illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, excessively violent, infringing, malicious, or otherwise harmful content.
- Sell accounts or virtual items for unauthorized real-world payment, conduct scams, or manipulate game systems or markets.
- Interfere with servers, networks, security controls, or another player’s access to the service.
ProjectR may moderate content and apply warnings, mutes, item removal, suspensions, or permanent bans when reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.
5. Virtual items and purchases
If the service offers paid digital content, Android purchases will use Google Play Billing unless another method is permitted by Google Play policy and applicable law. Virtual currency and items are licensed for use only within the service, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money except where required by law.
Prices and offers may change. Refunds for Google Play purchases are subject to Google Play rules and applicable consumer law. ProjectR may correct duplicated, fraudulent, reversed, or erroneously granted items or currency.
6. Ownership and user content
The service, software, visual elements, text, logos, and game content are owned by or licensed to ProjectR and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal entertainment.
You retain rights you lawfully hold in content you submit. You grant ProjectR a limited license to host, reproduce, display, transmit, and moderate that content as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.
7. Updates and service availability
The service may require updates and an internet connection. Features, servers, balance, content, supported devices, and availability may change. We may perform maintenance or discontinue parts of the service. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material service changes.
8. Suspension, termination, and deletion
ProjectR may restrict or terminate access for a material or repeated violation of these terms, to address security threats, or when required by law. You may stop using the service at any time and may request permanent account deletion through projectr.games/account-deletion.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in these terms. ProjectR does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ProjectR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited as permitted by applicable law.
10. Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
